Nicky Cowling

Following a 12 year career at KPMG, Nicky has been working with a range of clients since 1997. As well as working extensively within Orange she has worked with organisations from a wide range of sectors, including accountants, solicitors, IT specialists, design agencies and manufacturers.

Her experience focuses on personal skills training covering a broad range of topics including leadership, self awareness (using Insights Discovery®), presentation skills, change management, appraisal skills, communication, coaching and, with her finance background, she also delivers finance training for non-finance managers.

Her emphasis is on a practical approach that motivates individuals to implement learning and ensures that improved skills have a positive impact on the individual and the business.

Nicky 's success is due to her ability to build an effective and lasting working relationship with each client.
