Denyse Busby-Earle

Change management through people has been a common thread flowing through each element of Denyse’s 25 year business background. During her career with household names such as BP, Rowntree, Nestle and Royal Mail, she has developed a passion for connecting with a diverse range of people. Her final role as Group Director for Engagement and Inclusion at Royal Mail gave her the perfect stepping off point to start a career as an independent coach.

These days, Denyse can be found working in a range of companies big and small. Her areas of specialisation include diversity and inclusion, handling pressure, stress prevention and wellbeing, career transition and outplacement, image, career development, change management and employee engagement.
