Fiona has had a very varied career, working for public and private sector enterprises from 6 people to thousands. A strong thread throughout her career has been in people development and organisational development, from being a voluntary secondary teacher in Malawi to co-ordinating a culture change initiative across 14,000 employees at United Utilities. Fiona has experience of being both an internal and an external change management consultant and managing change as a line manager. At one point in her career, she was the Director of an internal Training Centre and had around 130 staff and a £8 million turnover.
She brings her leadership and management experience into her training and coaching, using a lot of stories to bring the learning to life.
