How did you get to where you are today?
I have over 25 years experience working in Financial Services and through this time have held various senior levels roles in Operations, Strategy and Planning, Marketing and Change Management.
Over the last eight years I have operated as a change consultant and executive coach specialising in Executive coaching and mentoring, change consulting, team development and facilitation.
How do clients describe you?
As a strategic thinker with a sharp intellect for business, organisational and interpersonal issues. He has strong influencing and negotiation skills and uses incisive and challenging questioning to stimulate creative thought.
