Sarah Davies

Language and communication have played an important role across Sarah’s 20 year career before deciding to become a Business and Executive Coach.

Her extensive range of international business experience at Fujitsu-ICL and Thomas Cook, working in senior business development and client management positions for global clients such as GE, Marks & Spencer and H&M combined with six years in executive search, mainly at Heidrick & Struggles provides her with relevant skills for her coaching practice.

She offers the flexibility to work across the spectrum from small businesses to multi-nationals, within a broad range of disciplines. Her areas of specialisation include career transition and development, cultural change, motivation, performance, confidence and presentation. Sarah’s coaching style is business and solution-focused, empathetic and aimed at delivering added value for clients.
